 Lead Pastor 

Greg began his ministry with Growing Oaks in October of 2018. He graduated from Cambell University with a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry. Greg gave his life to Jesus in April of 1999 and his passion for ministry is preaching, mentoring, servant ministry, and pastoral care. In his free time, Greg enjoys spending time with his family, reading, exercising, Ohio State football, and Pittsburgh Penguin hockey.  

Pastor of Discipleship and Assimilation

I have been an ordained minister for 37 years with experience in various areas including youth,

children, music, and adult discipleship. I also have experience in various camp and conference center

responsibilities including recreation, facilitating camp programming, and building relationships with

community partners. I am passionate about helping people develop a relationship with Jesus, and

reach their full potential in serving Him. I look forward to discussing with you how God may use me

in accomplishing His purpose for His church.

My name is Chris Rice and I am the Worship Leader here at Growing Oaks Community Church. I am married to Angie and I have three son’s and seven grandchildren. I currently reside in Eden NC.

Madonna has always loved serving in the church since she was saved in 2006. Here at GOCC she has continued that love. She serves with the offering count team, co-leads the youth ministry, Youth Camp Coordinator, VBS Co-Director, leads Moms In Prayer Lifegroup, helps with Tech for the Worship Team and is on staff as the Congregational Coordinator. She is also a travel agent at Go Far Travels and helps her parents at Graphic Solutions. In her spare time she loves to vacation with family and friends, spend time with her husband "Jacob" and her daughter "Kaylee".
